Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I really like this. It’s a shortcut recipe that still has great flavor. I served it with cornbread, which complemented it perfectly. I doubled the recipe and put some in the freezer. For the ham, I bought ham steaks and diced them.
