    I cut this “bursting with flavour” blue cheese dressing out of a Taste of Home magazine years ago and have made it countless times. I like its slightly thinner texture but if I do want to thicken it up a bit, a little mayo or sour cream or yogurt does the trick. Tonight it is destined for a buffalo chicken dinner salad but I have also used it for steak salads or the Barefoot Contessa balsamic red onion plated salad. My mouth seriously waters when I think about this dressing :) It just occurred to me that it might be on this site...and it is.
