Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Can substitute lamb kidneys for veal kidneys, and beer for dry red wine.

    It was surprisingly good! I should have blanched the kidney (I used beef instead of veal). I used an eye-of-round roast, which cooked up super tender and tasty. I made the pastry a day ahead.
