    I tried this recipe because it says specifically that either fresh or frozen blueberries may be used. I stirred in a cup of frozen blueberries from our yard rather than the 1/2 cup suggested in the directions. I like to top pancakes with real maple syrup and full fat Greek yogurt. Delicious! The recipe includes directions for homemade syrup using maple extract. I didn’t make it but I like knowing the recipe is there if I’m ever out of the real thing.
