Frittata with potato and prosciutto from Everyday Italian: 125 Simple and Delicious Recipes (page 25) by Giada De Laurentiis

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I cut this in 1/2 in a 6" skillet and added broccoli florets & a little grated cheddar to the filling. I mostly follow Dorie Greenspan's frittata cook times (2 minutes on stovetop, around 7-8 at 350 & then a quick run under the broiler - always perfectly cooked to my taste). I liked the use of prosciutto & basil here and this was a good "eggs for dinner" option served with a simple salad of mixed garden greens.
