    Added lemon to the pesto with spaghetti and 1/4c pasta water. Ended up being quite delicious! Needed quite a bit of salt once with the pasta though tasted really salty alone. Super easy, quick and cheap.

    Lovely way to use up that abundance of arugula in the garden in spring, with a few small adjustments. - I cut the oil in half, as my olive oil has a pretty strong flavor that I didn't want to overwhelm the pesto - I threw in a few walnuts to give it extra body
