    Can substitute gluten-free tamari for reduced salt soy sauce, and sushi white rice for short grain brown rice.

    Made this with brown basmati rice, grated in some fresh ginger, and topped with some chopped cilantro. It is a typical Gina recipe = quick, easy, and super tasty. Definitely needs low sodium soy sauce, otherwise I think it would be too salty. We have already tagged it for our “Make Again” list.
