Can substitute vanilla extract for almond extract, dairy-free milk for milk, vegan cream cheese for cream cheese, Earth Balance vegan buttery spread for a portion of butter, vegan sour cream for sour cream, and the book’s recipe for “Maple frosting” or “Almond frosting” for the “Cream cheese vanilla bean frosting” specified in this recipe. Must be frozen 4 hours to overnight before frosting.
