Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This delivered on every level: extremely easy, sauce can be prepped in advance, great flavour and those thin and crispy slices of chorizo are heaven. I used a can of tomatoes rather than fresh. Might add feta cheese next time. Perfect supper!
