    We love this. Very easy recipe and makes a lot. I did feel that the hominy was bland though. I would season it next time - especially the can that goes into the food processor. Other than that, this is one of those dishes that gets better after a couple of days. I would definitely make it again for a comforting light dinner. It also smells amazing while simmering!
