Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was fantastic. Relatively little prep work or hands-on time for a huge payout at the end. And as noted in the recipe, it made the whole house smell good. Next time I'll keep a closer eye on the sauce reduction--20 minutes was a little too long, so we ended up with a lot of concentrated salt from the fish sauce. That said, this is a winner we'll be making again soon.
