Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Nice recipe and nice flavours. I did not have lamb belly or shoulder, and use lamb leg, but the recipe worked nonetheless. Perhaps the only thing to notice that the salsa did not come out as he said, it did not look like heavy cream. So I passed the salsa through a sieve and then it was closer to the recipe's description.
