    Very tasty! I doubled this recipe, so I could use the whole 15 ounce can of pumpkin. I would add some baking powder to this next time as they didn’t rise as much as I’d like. These do have quite a bit of sugar though. I may experiment next time with changing half of the flour to whole wheat just to make them a smidge healthier. These froze pretty well. The streusel, while super tasty, made freezing them a bit messier.
