    I hadn't made chicken pot pie in years, so when my daughter requested it I went looking for a new recipe to replace the one I had previously been using as that one had no bottom crust and I definitely wanted an upgrade. This one is a a classic rendition but we all loved it. The only change I made was to make the crust in the food processor to save time (and reduce user error). Leftovers were also very good reheated.
