    I skipped the cucumbers and added de Puy lentils instead. I didn’t have enough dill left, so I also threw in some garlic for the dressing. Turned out pretty good. And with the lentils, it felt more like a main course for me rather than just a side.

    A nice salad with a good vinaigrette. Wouldn't necessary say it tasted like tzatziki, as the blending changed the taste profile a bit. Served this with some homemade spanakopita.
