    You can't get simpler than this recipe, and you also can't get more delicious! Easy, perfect soup. We served it with a ton of different toppings to mix and match - crackers, apple slices, extra sauteed leeks, toasted pumpkin seeds, drizzle of apple cider vinegar, crushed Aleppo pepper, and sauteed green peas.
