    For the crust I used petits toasts and enjoyed the lightly sweet, neutral flavor. Baking instructions worked perfectly to produce a creamy, just set texture (this cheesecake isn't very tall). I wasn't sure I'd like whipped cream on cheesecake, but I did. While enjoyable plain, the cake was especially good paired with fresh strawberries. Depending on appetites, the cake might only serve 8 (it's so good!).
