Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Every fall I make a stuffed pumpkin with an ordinary carving pumpkin, using an stuffed pepper recipe as a guide for the filling. I tried this recipe tonight because I liked the idea of including chili powder, corn, and cheddar cheese, three ingredients I have never used this way. I cleaned out a pumpkin 25” in circumference and increased the amount of filling by mixing in two cups of cold rice. To be sure it had flavor, I increased the salt to one teaspoon, the chili powder to three teaspoons, and the cheese to four ounces. After baking at 325 degrees for two hours in a baking dish just large enough to hold the pumpkin comfortably, it came out perfectly! My husband loved it too, so I think this is the way I’ll make this from now on.
