    What a perfect weekend night dinner! We loved the flavors, it was a snap to put together and was a great healthy combination. Next time I will probably try fresh rosemary, minced and added to the other seasonings. We also thought of adding some chunks of onion or whole garlic to the mix. It was done perfectly at one hour.

    This cooked in 30 minutes. When I flipped the chicken over, it was already done cooking so I just turned the broiler on to get the skin crispy. Husband loved it!
