    Should read “use the Cream Cheese Frosting on page 98” (not the Cream Cheese Filling on page 90) ** Can substitute the book's "Whole wheat brioche dough" for the book's "Master brioche dough" called for in this recipe.

    Very good and very rich. Uses a lot of butter in the brioche base. Not your tall and fluffy cinnamon rolls. These don't bake all together and are much more rich. Tasty, though!
