Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Dough was easy to work with, however it did not brown much, so the resulting bread was quite pale. It tasted good but did not look too pretty. When you sliced them one inch apart, it was much less than one inch apart on the inside hole, so some of them broke when you pried them open for the filling. I had to hold the inside together with skewers before returning the whole thing back to the oven.
