Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Yummy. I taste the banana more & these make a nice banana muffin variation. I filled 12 large cupcake/muffin holes but as you can see they were rather flat & didn’t fill the liners. Did take 25 minutes to cook. I would make these again but may fill fewer holes fuller…I wasn’t sure how high they would rise & the batter was on the thinner side. I’m not sure but I think the batter filled my muffin cups only half way. I didn’t have enough cream cheese to make the frosting so made a Dorie Greenspan version- also I didn’t want to use that much butter.
