    This cake has a big payoff for how relatively easy it is. So delicious and pairs well with a fall-inspired menu!

    This frosting is amazing. This is not really a dessert cake, more of a tea or snack cake. Unusual flavor, great crust, would make again for the right occasion.

    This cake is unusual, delicious and easy to make. I normally don't like iced cakes so I hesitated to add the topping but it is not too sweet- more like a lightly sweetened creme fraiche.
