    I whizzed this up in a food processor and used half in the fresh peach crostatas. I would have preferred a slightly stronger almond flavour for that recipe.

    I had no idea frangipane was so easy to make. Made half a recipe and used in Fresh Peach Crostatas. 2026/02/22: The almond extract does amp up the almond flavor. Now, I add it every time I make this.

    Simple to make, easy to halve the recipe, great flavor. Could maybe add a bit of almond extract to boost the almond flavor.
