Can substitute Italian sausages for chorizo sausages, and soft blue cheese of your choice for Roquefort cheese.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Baked in Le Crueset Terrine with 2lb loaf tin liner. Used all pork and 4 Waitrose chorizo type sausages. I always use some type of sausage as opposed to cooking chorizo. Add the passata in stages as you don't want the meat mixture too sloppy. Didn't do the cheese layer or the topping and it was just as good but slightly less work. We had 1 and a half slices each and there is enough for another dinner tonight and possibly still some leftover. I have previously made this in 2 x 1lb load tins and cooked one and frozen the other which worked well. Served with an onion and tomato gravy (leftover onion and beef gravy with passata added).
