Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    This is not your standard risotto; it uses short grain brown rice cooked in the normal fashion, mixed with lots of veggies, walnuts & some cheese, then is baked for a short while. The walnuts add a welcome textural note to the dish. I did throw some optional mozzarella on top & also sweated the Marsala-marinated mushrooms to soften them a bit, which is not called for. Flavor was very good. This makes a great veg main, & would also be an excellent side dish, & work well for a potluck since it can be made ahead.
