Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    We all liked the cauliflower before tossing it into the bread crumb mixture. None of us thought the flavor of the garlic and shallot came across whatsoever in the crumbs. Next time, I will adjust the recipe to 1/4 of the bread crumb mixture and sprinkle it on top with the addition of the parmesan, and give it another try.
