    I looked at many other recipes for carne asada/fajitas before settling on this one. Chose it because it combined the best ingredients across all the recipes I looked at. It was excellent. Highly recommend. Only addition I made was a couple tablespoons of oil added to the marinade before blending in order to help emulsify and stick to the meet for grilling.
