    Easy to make and delicious. Serve with more chili flakes or hot sauce. Flank steak is a good idea, high quality steak that stays tender. I doubled the recipe, which also doubled the cooking times in my wok because there were more ingredients in the pan. Definitely crank the burner to high and get the pan hot.
