Pork scrapple or goetta 1: scrapple from Joy of Cooking, Revised and Updated (2019) (page 513) by Irma S. Rombauer and Marion Rombauer Becker and Ethan Becker and Megan Scott and John Becker

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Another experiment with Impossible fake meat, and it was enough of a success to be the main dish of a Pennsylvania Dutch meal, although lacking in the (to me necessary) tang of offal. (Scrapple is cornmeal mush fortified with scrap meat, sliced, and fried.) When will Impossible get to work on liver and kidneys?
