Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I decided to try this because I rarely use my Joy of Cooking. Popovers are simple, so I was surprised that this recipe was just adequate. The instructions did not include two basic steps for fabulous popovers- letting the batter rest to hydrate the flour and preheating the tin.
