Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Made this for lunch today and we both enjoyed it. It made enough that we'll be able to have it for dinner tonight. I added capers and omitted the bread crumbs. Doubled the red pepper flakes and it was not overly spicy at all. I had intended to add the fresh herbs when the dish was finished cooking because I find that fresh herbs added before a dish is cooked don't seem to add much. However, I forgot to do that and I don't think the dish suffered too much. I'd make it again.
