Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These bar cookies have the perfect gingerbread flavor with just the right amount of spices and molasses. I weighed all my ingredients but my dough came out quite stiff and a bit hard to spread. Next time I will calculate the amount of flour (I used Bob’s Red Mill AP flour) per the company’s estimate of weight per cup and see if that helps. I took them to a group meeting and they were a hit.
