Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Absolutely delicious. He recommended adding a waffled tofu slice to this in his blog so that’s what I did. I used my panini press to crisp up the tofu first and then put the whole sandwich in the press. Hit the spot after a long run and a barre class. I think I’ll be making this every day this week.

    A revelatory combination. One of those “why didn’t I think of that?” ideas that this book is so good for. Absolutely recommend.
