Apple and rhubarb cobbler from A Year of Simple Family Food: Delicious Recipes to Feed Your Family Through the Seasons (page 241) by Julia Busuttil Nishimura

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Can substitute raspberries or blackberries for strawberries, and vanilla ice cream for cream. See recipe for a variation.

This was okay but not great. It will not replace our family's favorite cobbler. It was very tart because there wasn't much sugar (this is not necessarily a negative for me- just mentioning it). This needed an extra five minutes for the biscuits to become golden. Note: she often suggests at 21 cm pan but I find that's often too small. Here the fruit would not have fit in such a small pan.
