Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The flavor of this was very good. However, for the second rise, it was supposed to rise slightly above the rim of the pan, I waited for close to two hours and it still was not anywhere close to the top, since I used a 6.5 inch diameter rather than a 6 inch pan, I thought that might be the reason, so I baked it anyway, so it was not as airy as I would like, but it was not dense. But reading comments on the KA website, most people said that the second rise is a lot slower than they suggested, so next time I'll use the right size pan and let it rise to the level suggested in the recipe.
