    This was easy to make, and the flavours were great. But I did have to make a couple of changes, and even at that it still needs some tweaking. I used only a little over half of the rich topping, and that was plenty to cover the chicken. I used only 4 oz of feta instead of 8, and even at that, it was plenty salty. There was a lot of liquid around the chicken once baked - perhaps from the spinach? This gave the chicken more of a steamed texture than baked. I didn't use the mozzarella at the end...there was already so much cheese used, and it did not seem necessary.
