    Start cardamom-agave syrup at least 45 minutes ahead. Can substitute Glenrothes Scotch whisky or Glenfiddich Scotch whisky and Eagle Rare 10-year-old bourbon or Michter's rye whiskey for Yamazaki single malt whisky.
