Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Can substitute spaghettini, linguine, or tagliatelle pasta for spaghetti pasta.

    We've made this in various incarnations for many years and even if we're out of feta or oregano it always works. A nice alternative to bolognese.

    Very tasty, but even with the feta and lamb it doesn't taste very Greek! I might add a little hint of cinnamon next time. Edited to add: when I reheated the leftovers I added a little cinnamon and some chilli flakes, and it tasted much closer to my expectations.
