Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Cooked the salmon in an air fryer and the marinade makes it deliciously soft. Easy to scale up for a BBQ.

    These were very nice. I used 600g salmon for three people, and halved the marinade recipe which still gave me a lot of marinade, more than seemed necessary. I also jsut used one (red) thai chilli deseeded, which ended up not really imparting much heat at all to the finished dish. I think this would go down well at any barbecue.
