    I used a pallette de porc, only marinated for 5 hours, reduced cooking time and added a little water to the roasting tin periodically. The result was really really tasty, but a smidge dry for my taste. Maybe I needed a fattier piece of pork. Else a sauce would be great. I served it in buns with coleslaw and the moisture was much appreciated!
