    Impressive looking, quick to make, very delicious - a perfect summer cake for a celebration!

    The cake batter does not have enough liquid. The instruction says to cook the cake at 200C for 30-35 min. However the flaked almonds were burned by 20 min, and the meringue is overcooked.
