    Following the recipe it was a light dinner probably not something I would make again. For my taste I doubled all but fish and leeks, cut fish into bite sized pieces, added red bell pepper and wide rice noodles to make this a noodle dominant meal, delicious-

    I used cod. This is very flavorful with all the aromatics and coconut milk, but it's still light. I added some Korean chile pepper.
