Chicken satay with spicy peanut dipping sauce from The Complete Summer Cookbook: Beat the Heat with 500 Recipes that Make the Most of Summer's Bounty (page 30) by America's Test Kitchen Editors

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I was kind of skeptical about the ketchup in the peanut sauce when I tasted it solo, but it did pair with the chicken really well, and was a little more americanized version of an eastern classic. The marinade for the chicken was AWESOME. I left it in for about 90 minutes while I did other things, and then I did put the chicken skewers on the grill on high heat rather than under the broiler. I also went with thighs>>breast, because I mean... come on.
