    The tzatziki is the star of this souvlaki recipe. I think the barbecue time may be off because the chicken was overcooked and dry at 15 minutes, so I would watch them more closely next time. Overall this was a tasty dinner. I liked the steaming trick for the pitas on the barbecue. They were perfectly softened. I would make this again.
