Barbecued pulled pork from The Complete Summer Cookbook: Beat the Heat with 500 Recipes that Make the Most of Summer's Bounty (page 200) by America's Test Kitchen Editors

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This recipe makes a moist, tender pulled pork. The dry rub has a well balanced flavor. I used boneless pork shoulder and it was fork tender after 90 minutes in the oven. It only needed to rest 30 minutes after it finished cooking. This is a good recipe that I would make again.
