Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    I made 1/2 recipe using 3 lobster tails for extra-meaty (recommended if you can afford it), sprinkled with seasoned salt instead of cajun seasoning (out). Used 2/3 milk, 1/3 half-and-half for the sauce and could have used all milk; cream isn't needed. Used all the cheese sauce (why would you make it all and not use it?), but didn't need extra cheese on top. This was a fantastic birthday treat, totally worth the calories.
