    The chicken was very flavorful from the spice mix rubbed under the skin; the entire chicken tasted good, not just the skin. Next time I would cut back on the salt a little. Cooked the chicken on the grill rather than turning on the oven, which made for quick clean up. I served the chicken warm off the grill, rather than serving it cold, but will try the left overs cold. This was a very good recipe and I will definitely make it again!
