    Used SugarBee apples with about 2 Tsugar and substituted a scant T of cream mixed with sour cream and about a cup of chicken broth for the sauce. Also used one thick pork chop that didn't really have enough fat so I added some fat (1-2t) from a package of pork rillettes I'd had earlier in the day. The sauce was pretty forgiving with my substitutions and I added a tiny bit of cornstarch at the end to thicken it and it was light and tasty.
