Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    My first time actually using powered gelatin to make anything other than jello shots, and it was awesome! The pie crust (also from the book) failed pretty spectacularly and I'm not certain why though likely involved my own oven, but the homemade raspberry jam bottom with the light and fluffy raspberry chiffon topping and the vanilla spiked handmade whipped cream was awesome. My guests LOVED this.
